You're on our WAIT-List... now what?
This year, we just haven’t had a lot of cancelations. In previous years, we’ve seen much more movement on our list. That said, our deadline for people to receive refunds on tickets is Nov 27th. After that point we’ll evaluate if there are any spots that we can fill from the Wait-List.
We ask for your understanding and grace while coming to this juncture. Please remember, tickets are sold out. This is purely a hope and a prayer at this point. Please do not email us, or message us on socials asking for your place on the list. We just can’t handle all of the inbound messages and will not respond.
If we have a couple spots open up, we will email people on the Wait-List via their account on danceConvention.net. So please make sure your email address is updated and check your space folders. Those people will have 24 hours to respond. Receiving an email offering you a spot, does not guarantee you a spot. It’s limited time offer, and we’ll have to move on if we don’t hear from you. All emails will be sent by Nov 29th. Thank you again for your understanding and we hope we get to party with you next year!

You're NOT on the WAIT-List year...
Unfortunately, we’ve sold out Tickets this year and have activated our Wait-list months ago. At this point, our Wait-List is full as well. If you haven’t previously signed up for the Wait-list, we don’t foresee a scenario which we add new names to the current Wait-List. At this point it just seems like cruel and unusual punishment. We will not be responding to emails and messages to be added to the waitlist. We need to focus on the work of actually putting on the event. Thank you for your understanding.
